Linda~~Lorise Jones father was Samuel Jones. Samuel Jones married Rachel Smith Cannon in August of 1813, so Rachel may not be Lorise Ann's mother. Linda Ward

I am trying to find the parents of John R. Boyd, born in SC in 1805, married Louisa Elive Jones in Caldwell County in 1829, died March 20, 1890 and buried @ Pleasanat Hill Cemetery. They had 8 children in Caldwell Co between 1833 and 1854. One son was James Willis Boyd who married Mary Emily Lamb.

Also, I do not have much information on Louisa E. Jones Boyd

I have a Samuel Jones married to Elizabeth (Libengood) whose son Charles Henry Jones married Vivian Milliken, one of their 5 children was Linda who married Ronald Darazia. Charles Henry Jones died in 1960 at 72 years of age.

Most of the transcriptions I have seen for the Pleasant Hill Cemetery are EITHER 1812 or 1813 for Louisa/Lorissa Ann Jones (seen both names too). I think 1813 is most likely as then her mother would have been about about 4/5 months pregnant, which was not unusual for frontier marriages to be made official when the circuit rider got around to that part of his route.
