Mrs. Myrtle Hamby, age 76, of Rt. 1, Princeton, died Mon. Nov. 17 at 3:30 p.m. at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville after a short illness.

Funeral services were held Wed. Nov. 19 at 1:30 p.m. at Morgan's Funeral Home with the Rev. Bobby Jackson officiating assisted by Rev. Owen Hill. Burial was in Meeks Cemetery.

Mrs. Hamby was born May 4, 1910, a daughter of the late Will and Belle Southard Lowery of Caldwell Co.

The widow of Lacy G. Hamby, she is survived by a daughter Patti Lindsey of Caldwell Co., and a brother, Hugh Lowery of Princeton.
