Mrs Mary Lou Morse, 78, of Princeton, died Tuesday, Jan 26, 1999, at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville, Ky. following a short illness.
A homemaker and member of Sugar Creek Baptist Church, she was born June 2, 1920 in Caldwell County, a daughter of the late Walter and Sara Daniels Littlefield.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Durward Morse on Jan 5, 1987 ; three sons, Shelby, Walton and Ricky Morse ; a granddaughter, Jona Shea Barnwell, and a sister Madeline Jackson.
Survivors include two sons, Owen Morse and Bobby Morse, both of Caldwell County ; four daughters, Thelma Jean Purdy of Hopkins County, Ky., Doris Hughes of Fredonia, Linda Murphy of Madisonville, and Sharon Wright of Caldwell County ; 16 grandchildren ; 22 great-grandchildren ; five brothers, James Littlefield, W. L. Littlefield, Ben Littlefield, Glen Littlefield, and Maurice Littlefield, all of Caldwell County, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services Sunday Jan 31, at Morgan's Funeral Home in Princeton with the Rev Jerry Holeman officiating, assisted by Rev J. R. Bruce.
Burial in Sugar Creek Church Cemetery, Caldwell County, Ky
