Suzanne Kay Merrick, 51 of Briarfield Road, Princeton, died Tuesday, Feb. 23, 1999 at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah, Ky., following a short illness.

A member of First Baptist Church in Princeton and a cafeteria worker in the Caldwell County School system. She was born Aug. 4, 1947 in Postville, Iowa, a daughter of George and Caroline Wander of Postville, Iowa.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Randal Merrick ; a son Jason Merrick of Caldwell County ; a son and daughter-in-law, Darryl and Jessica Merrick of San Gabriel, Calif. ; a daughter, Jennifer Merrick of Louisville ; a sister and brother-in-law, Deb and Ron Soppe of Elgin, Iowa ; and a nephew, Derrick Soppe.

Funeral services Saturday, Feb 27, at Morgan's Funeral Home in Princeton with Rev Tom Hughes officiating, assisted by Rev J. Bill Jones.

Burial in Merrick Cemetery in Caldwell County, Ky.
