Funeral services for Dorothy June Austin, of Route 1, Fredonia, were held Monday, March 16th, at 2:00 p.m. at Morgan's Funeral Home with the Rev. Arrice Taylor officiating.
Burial was in Kennaday-Parker Cemetery, Caldwell Co., Ky.
Mrs. Austin, age 62, died Saturday, March 14th, at 7:35 a.m. in Regional Medical Center, Madisonville, after a long illness.
A native of Caldwell County, she was born October 19th 1929, the daughter of Mrs. Anna Parker Nelson, of the county, and the late Shellie Nelson.
Mrs. Austin was a member of Chapel Hill Baptist Church and was employed as a shipping clerk at the Hosiery Mill.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by a daughter, Deborah Lynn Austin, of the home. Her husband, Charles Thomas Austin, died in 1989.
Pallbearers were John Holloman, Bob Holloman, Talmadge Sigler, Boyce Towery, Wayne Towery, and Larry Sherrell
