Mrs. Rose Board, 70, widow of the late Buddy Board, died suddenly Friday, July 13th, at her home in the northern section of Caldwell County.
Final rites were held Sunday at Chapel Hill Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. Edward Woodall assisted by Rev. Bob Beavers, pastor, and interment occurred in that section, directed by Morgan undertakers.
Survivors include a son, Owen Towery; a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Crider, and a brother, Victor Kennedy, all of Caldwell County; seven grandchildren, and two step-children, Mrs. Chester Morse, this city, and Everett Board of Detroit; and nieces and nephews.
Many friends join in sympathy to loved ones who remain in this time of great sorrow.
