Need information on parents of Joseph Hiram GOODALL. Born 1833 in VA married Josephine Young on Feb. 12, 1856, Joseph died Dec 14, 1906. Both Joseph and Josephine are buried in Walnut Grove Cemetary. Their 13 children all born in Butler County, KY. Joseph's mother ELIZABETH GOODALL age 45, listed as head of household in 1850 census with children, Martha A., age 16, Joseph H. age 15, John R., age 14, William L., age 9 and Sarah T. Goodall, age 35. In the dwelling next to Elizabeth is listed Charles D. Goodall age 32 and his wife Harriet Mahone along with their children, M.E.O.,George, and Hughburn. Also in the same household is William E. Goodall, age 30 and his wife Cornelia withtheir children. Mary,and Martha. Perhaps Elizabeth and Sarah were sister-in laws and maybe Charles and William were Elizabeth's brother-inlaws. Does anyone have any information on these Goodalls? In 1872 I found Elizabeth Goodall on the roll of the Lebanon Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Logan Presbytery, Butler Co. when she joined the Presbyterian Church.
