Going by Nancy J. DURHAM's death certificate it shows her parents as Phillip DURHAM and Mary HOOK. ( his 2nd wife)
The informant was a Mrs. Mary MATTINGLY
and show she is buried at Joy(sp?) Hill Cemetery, Hardinsburg / Hordinsburg ??, KY.
Any also know the correct name for the cemetery?
