All I can find is that Loretta was born 27 Jan 1929 in Boyd County, Ky.to Alberta Sparks.

The 1930 Census has her living in Lawrence County, Ohio Elizabeth Township with Joseph

and Alberta Sparks. There was a Loretta, doesn't give a last name, married a Joe D Howard

and they lived at 10117 Meade Springer Rd, Ashland, KY in 1998-99-2000-01-02. Thank you Herschel,
