I did a search for Peggy Burke's obit on the Boyd Co. Library site-and nothing is listed:

There is no listing of children who were in the Ramey's Children Home.
You can also search for Burke family info on the KY Boyd Genweb Site:

Have you searched for the Avon Apartments using one of the Map sites-or called Ashland Information and asked for the phone number of the Apartments? If there is no listing-then the apartments must no longer be in existance.
