I now know that the information that James 1814-1887 and wife Cynthia Skidmore - divorced - wife Sarah is NOT the son of William who died in Norfolk. That information was given without documentation by another early researcher Charles who did not have access to eastern Kentucky records. James McGlothlin with wife Cynthia is the son of William and Mary Everman McGlothlin who was in Greenup County early. We do not know of the connection with James P. McGlothlin in Boyd County Later from Tazewell as of this posting.
