It's been nine years, but this info may prove useful to someone.

On Google Books, we have a biography of their son William B Woodford, which describes his grandfather, parents (William T and Mary (Hallack) Woodford), siblings and his family:

E Polk Johnson, History of Kentucky and Kentuckians, The Leaders - Vol III (, 1912), Google Books, p 1234 - William B Woodford sketch

He and Mary are in Find-A-Grave. Her memorial has her death certificate naming her parents as Jacob and Lucinda (Dill) Hallack. Jacob in some other records shows Jacoby, which makes sense, as his mother was Susanna Jacoby.

Benjamin was the patriarch of the Kentucky Hallacks. He was with a Thomas Hallock in Fayette Co, PA and there was a Thomas Hallack in some of the early 1790ish records for Bourbon County, KY. The Paxton genealogy claims that this Thomas was his father, but I have seen no record to confirm what their relationship was. Benjamin-1 Hallack married, first Susannah Jacoby and second Mary Conn. I have found no burials / graves for Benjamin or Susannah, but second wife Mary (Conn) is buried in Franklin Co, Ohio. See her FAG Memorial 69696026, including her obituary, here:

And, for a tree for the Kentucky Hallacks, start with Benjamin in the following WorldConnect tree. Note the links above that can lead to descendant registers, pedigree, ahnentafel register report, etc

The Kentucky patriarch of the Hallack clan almost certainly is an offshoot of the Long Island Hallock family, but the exact relationship has not been discovered as yet (that I know of).

An interesting tie might be the reference in Mary (Conn) Hallack's obituary that she was the aunt of Ohio Governor Thomas Corwin. Thomas Corwin's mother was Patience Hallock, a contemporary of Benjamin. This family of Corwins lived near the Kentucky Benjamin Hallack in Fayette Co, Pennsylvania and both families moved to Bourbon County, KY about the same time, and both Jesse Corwin & Benjamin Hallack signed some of the early petitions to the VA assembly concerning Bourbon Co issues. This Patience is placed with a family back on Long Island, NY, but she is there given a different Benjamin as her brother. So, this issue, of how Mary Polly (Conn) Hallack, wife of Benjamin Hallack could be the aunt of Gov Thomas Corwin, could stand some continued scrutiny and work.
