Marcella Ruth Swartz MCKINNEY, age 68 of Franklin, OH passed away April 5, 2009. She was born April 10, 1940 in Bath County, KY, the daughter of Hobart and Mary Swartz. She retired from Otterbein Home after 28 years of service and was a member of the Lebanon Freewill Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, a daughter at birth, Michelle Lynn McKinney; and two brothers, Raymond Swartz and Charles Swartz. Marcella is survived by her husband of 49 years, Don; two sons, Don MCKINNEY (Maritza) of MIDDLETOWN, OH and Doug MCKINNEY (Chris Taylor) of Middletown; three sisters, Brenda Swartz, Gail Stultz, and Jeanette Corson. Funeral service will be April 8, 2009 at 1:00 pm with Andy Maynard at Anderson Funeral Home (Franklin) Visitation will be from 11 until time of service at the funeral home.
