MR. TOM PEDIGO DEAD
Mr. Tom Pedigo died at the home of his sister, Mrs. Paul D. Trigg, in South Glasgow, Tuesday morning at eight o'clock, following a lingering illness caused by heart disease. he was 43 years of age.
The deceased was born and raised in this county, being the son of the Mr. and Mrs. Buck Pedigo, and spent the greater part of his life in and around Glasgow. For several years he was engaged in business in New Albany, returning here when his eyesight became badly impaired since which time he made his home with Mrs. Trigg. Genial and jovial, he possessed a sunny disposition; was generous hearted to a fault and was a mighty clever man. To his friends he was true blue and his loyalty to them was staunch through all conditions and at all times.
Surviving him are three sisters and one brother -- Mrs. P. D. Trigg, and Mrs. R. B. Trigg, Glasgow, and Mrs. E. J. Lyon, Augusta, Ga., and Mr. Al Pedigo, Glasgow.
Following the funeral service at the home, Wednesday afternoon, at three-thirty o'clock, by Rev. S. A. Ewart and Rev. L. D. D. Knight, the remains were interred in the cemetery at this place.
