I have information about those Faulkners. Jacob, Ephraim, Benjamin and Wm. H. Faulkner were the sons of Benjamin and Susannah Blane Faulkner. They were born in the early 1800s. After their father's death, Susannah married a Coates in Halifax Co. and had at least one son Thomas Coates. After her second husband's death, Susannah moved with her sons Jacob, Ephraim, Benjamin, and Wm. H. Faulkner and Thomas Coates/Coats to Trigg Co., Ky. in the 1820s. Ephraim, my husband's gg-grandfather, died in Trigg Co. in 1835. Susannah Blane Faulkner Coates then moved with the rest of her sons to the Ballard Co. / McCracken Co., Ky. area after 1840 and before 1850.
