I am looking for any info, including descendants, of the children of Stephen SHEPHERD of Adair County, Kentucky. Stephen was born Sept. 20, 1769 in Spotsylvania County, Virginia and married Mary ROBERTSON abt. 1795 in Wilkes County, North Carolina. Stephen died October 1, 1825 in Adair County, thought he may be buried in Russell County. His children: William K., Jesse, Franklin, James, Andrew, Doctor, John Hamilton, Elizabeth, and Meredith (born October 6, 1814, in Adair County, died by drowning in the Mississippi River).
