looking for information on a Harold C Evans. He may have been adopted, but that information has not been verified. He was married to Carmen Estelle Deses (1915-2007) and had a child, Deboarah Ann Evans (1954-2004). I believe they lived in Kansas, but am not able to verify his name or information.
