Robert Richard Hester, b. 1876, married Clara A. Hester, dauhgter of Solomon A. Hester and Olive A. Bartram. Clara was b. 1886 in Franklin County, KS.

They are located in the 1920 and 1930 Censuses in Johnson, Stanton County, KS, and had three children; Raymond, Helen and Olive.
