Nelson and Susanna Ozinbaugh Sanford BARNES left Wisconsin and went to Kansas in 1883. They are shown in the 1900 census for Butler, Kiowa, KS, when Nelson was 66y old and Susanna was 64y old.
In the 1910 census for Center, Kiowa, KS Nelson is 76y old and Susanna is 73y old.
From her obituary, I figure that she died in 1914, prob. in Greensburg, Kiowa, KS.
I have no date of death for Nelson C. BARNES but believe that he died in Greensburg, Kiowa, KS too.
Does anyone know of this family or have a connection to them? Does anyone know how I can find an obit or death cert for Nelson and/or Susanna?
