I found John in the 1885 Kansas State Census below:

Mary Dill, wife, 30
Cannot read 1st name (maybe Thomas Dill?), 10
Elsworth Dill, son, 8
Hary Dill, son, 6
John Dill 75 born PA, migrated to KS from IA, married, farmer

I would like to find out whether John died in Kansas and if so, the date of death. John was my great, great grandfather who lived in Hamilton Co., Ohio, before going "west."
