Thank you for the Clara Dalton information. I have info on Richmond Dalton, Sr, and Richmond Jr. died last year in Kansas and I obtained his obit from the Abilene Reflector newspaper. I wrote to his widow this year asking for some history on Clara, but as expected I did not get a response.
I see you have some New Basel history. I think I have that particular article, but if not may ask you for it. My ggrandfather, Jacob Haney Jr. and sister, Lucy Haney (Logan) attended church there. Jacob was Ulrich Hene's brother. Will get back if I can't find the article.I was married at New Basel in 1958. Thanks so much for your help.
