The explanation of sources for the "Early Deaths before 1903" book say that references given to deaths in that book from the Concordia Blade have been placed in an alphabetical card file in the Cloud Co Museum. I presume that might mean a photo-copy, or maybe a transcription. That book was published 21 years ago, so good luck.
If you live near Topeka, virtually all copies of Kansas newspapers are preserved by the Kansas Historical Society in Topeka. I don't know if they have been computerized/digitzed. When I was there years ago I think they were all on microfilm and you had to order the microfilm reels to view. There might be either microfilm or digitized copies locally in Concordia. I would start with the Library, the Cloud Co Historical Society and the newspaper. (The Blade still exists, I believe.)
