Kenneth H. Norrick dies

Kenneth H. Norrick, 60, of 1217 S. High, died Wednesday afternoon at St. Francis Hospital in Wichita. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Carlson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Sunset Lawns Cemetery.

He was born Nov. 4, 1923, in Winston, Ind., the son of Lawrence and Tillie Derring Norrick. He spent most o fhis life in this area, and worked as a driller for Brandt Drilling in Wichita. He married Mildred Frost on July 18, 1963 at El Dorado.

Survivors include his wife of the home; stepsons, Roger Frost, Fort Myers, Fla., Herbert Miller, El Dorado; brothers, Joseph Norrick, Evansville, Inc., Hoover Norrick, Patoka, Ind., Roy Manning, Princeton, Ind., David Manning, Texas; sisters, Mary Manning, Texas, Julie Norrick, Louisanna; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Hurley Norrick.
