My ancestor Frederick Sydney Lowrance, wife Artimissa Price and children were in Lake City in 1873 when the town was formulating. Her last child Florence Olivia Lowrance was born Aug 19, 1873 and then Artimissa died at some point between 1873-1879 when the remainder of the family headed for Tillamook County, Oregon. Artimissa is listed in the Lake City Cemetery listing.

How might I find more information on them and a date when she died, causes, etc? Sounds like it was a wild, wild, west kind of place then and I'm enjoying reading the memoirs from similar pioneer folks.
