Looking for two brothers that were "given away", abandoned in/near the Lawrence, Ks area between April 1930 and September 1930. They were given away to two separate families. The oldest of the two would have been about 5 years old and was called Buddy. His real name is Edward Otis Allis. The youngest would be about 14 months old. His real name is Robert Lawrence Allis. The mother may have given her name as Allis, Hyatt or Pennington. She was traveling with a slender man by the name of Ode Pennington. After much research, I know he always wore a hat and a long sleeved shirt, no matter the weather. She just turned ninety this past September. She went by the name of Babe as a little girl. Buddy may remember her. They have another brother, Donald. There is a possibility they are given away in Atchison, KS.
