I seek data on Charles E. Johnson (Dec 1878-?) and his wife Bertha Meyer (Feb 1883-?). He was born in Kansas & she was born in Indiana. During the 1900, 1910 & 1920 census they lived in Humboldt twp., Salem twp. & again in Humboldt twp. He is listed as a farmer in the first two census & a "stationary engineer" in 1920. Their children were:

Melvin Leotis, b. 1904
Elmer E., b. 1908
Morris, b. 1911
