I believe there may be two Hattie's. I have a 1900 census record of my Hattie living with her son, Hobart, in Jefferson, Missouri. She's 19 and Hobart is 3. She's listed as a servant. The Hattie you've shown is another Hattie. You can check my tree, and especially my comments, to see why your Hattie isn't mine. Thank you for your help.
