Family history says that Robert McCLOUD (b 1836) went to Warren Co., Iowa with his two little girls, Mary Eunice (b 1862) and Sarah E. McCloud (b.1864) after their mother, Catherine (HYPES) McCloud died in 1865. Documented history states that the girl's grandmother, Mary (PEFLEY) Hypes, widow of Jacob, sold all her land in Indiana and went to Warren Co around 1866. She died there and is buried at the IOOF Cemetery in Indianola. At some point Mary Eunice McCloud came back to Hendricks County, Indiana and settled. I'd like to know if Robert McCloud and daughter Sarah stayed in IA, and where Robert is buried, and when he died.
