Hi
Almost all original birth and marriage records (from 1811 till around 1900-1910) of the Netherlands are online.
They can be found on Familysearch.org, But if you can’t read Dutch it is difficult to find the correct birth or marriage document.
Translation of the birth document of Marregien:
Today on the twenty-seventh of September eighteenhundred fifty-two came to me Johannes Jacobus van Ingen, alderman, Civil Servant of the registry office of the municipality Kampen:

We created this record and after reading the document is signed by me, the first party and the witnesses.
Note:
Eiland municipality Kampen is actualy named Kampereiland (Island of Kampen)
And I found the official marriage record of W. van Dijk and H. Sellis. (on the right side of the page)
