I have a copy of a paper called a Guardian's Deed, from Ringgold Co. Iowa dated 1906. A man named McLaughlin had custody of four children by the name of Bush. He was selling the property to "Bush and Son Real Estate". I wonder if anyone would have any info on the Bush & Son Real Estate Co. I am researching the Bush History and I think this might be important to my work. Any help very much appreciated.

Dianne, I am interested in the name of the McLaughlin listed in the Guardian's Deed. You state he had custody of four Bush children. My gggrandfather lived in Ringgold Co. in 1905-1906 prior to moving to Letcher, SD. At about this time my ggrandmother had lost her husband to TB and am wondering if maybe she had turned the children over to her parents while dealing with his illiness and death. The children would have been Esther M., Madge I., George M., and Theodore O. Please let me know if this might be John McLaughlin. Thank you.
