Frank J. Culligan and family listed in 1920/1930 Census,Emmetsburg,Palo Alto. Born approx 1892 in Iowa. Not shown in 1900 Census. Where could I find a birth record/baptismal record for him in Iowa. Suspect he was born in some other County than Palo Alto but don't know where to look next. I am in Ireland so don't have access to records on Iowa. Died 1944, buried in St.John's Cemetry, Emmetsburg along with his wife Lillian(died 1984).

Any idea who Michael Culligan's wife was (her maiden name). This family came from the townland of Burrane, Killimer Parish, Co.Clare about 3 miles from the town of Kilrush.
