I am trying to locate any information on a John Bernard Gleason, who was born in IA in 1887. I have his draft card saying he was born Feb 17, 1887 and is from Osage, IA. I have been able to locate a different record saying he was born Feb 24, 1887 and died Oct 14, 1969 in Anoka, MN. Any ideas to why the birth date could be off? Is this the same person?? If this is truly him, then that will open up a huge door for me. If this is the same person, I know the parents and can get started down that whole line.

John Bernard later married a Madgalina (?) Statz in MN and had several children, one being Thomas Emmett Gleason, my grandmother's first husband.
