I am searching for information on my grandfather's side of the family. His father's name was Owen Leroy Thomas DOB:13 Mar 1895 I have in Mills, Iowa. His father's name was James Thomas. I have no DOB for him or any other info either. Thank you for reading my post

Thank you so much! That is definitely my great grandfather. I must have the wrong county in Iowa. I believe that is where my grandpa was born. Is there anyway you can send me images of those items? Or is that not "allowed" since I am not a paying member on ancestry.com? I usually go to the library & use their edition of ancestry for free.

Hi Erica, you may or may not be wrong on the county, Mills and Pottawattamie are adjacent, so there could conceivably be a connection with Mills as well; I just didn't see any, but that may not mean much.
