I am the g granddaughter of Thomas Jefferson's Farber's (b. 1862)sister, Mary Elizabeth Farber, born, 1852. Mary married William Thomas Curtis and they had Eva Marie Curtis, my grandma. She married Orval Glenn Werts and they had Mary Melvina Werts. Mary M. Werts, my Mom. So.... sounds like you are a distant cousin in our blood line. Soooo coooool!!! I will look forward to corresponding with you.

YOU SIMPLY MUST CONTACT William Farber... I see he responded to you. He has a wealth of information on the Farber's and helped me tremendously. I have been collection info on Headley and Farber. I am fairly NEW at genealogy having started this past winter.

What started it all was trying to figure out who all the wonderful, creative, talented women were in this family. Mom inherited, then me, a wonderful woven coverlet with Sarah Headley 1852 woven into it. I needed to get this straight. Well, thanks to MANY people, I now have
that straightened out. She is, as you know, John Farber's wife, my gg-grandma.

Are you able to download photos? I have a few to share. I am looking for interesting stories and history of our old time relatives, particularly ... and current is fine as well.

Will look forward to hearing from you.
