Greetings, Hardin County listers.

I have --finally-- found my grandfather, Ed Thiele, in the 1900 census, working as a "waiter" and rooming with a "restaurant helper" named REFSNIDER.

Can anyone fill me in on the possible restaurants where these two fellow might have worked?
