I'm searching for family and information on my husband's family. I know they lived in Iowa and moved on west, ending up in Oregon.
Here is a list of names that I searching for:
Benjamin Frost was married to Elizabeth Filbric. They had two sons:
1.) William Francis Frost was married to Flora Ida Reed. They had six children.
Bertie Jay Frost was married to Adeline(Anna) Emma Pribbenow.
Ray Frost, Earl Frost, Nellie Frost, Lee Francis Frost, and Stella Frost was married to Leslie Angel.
2.) Benjamin T. Frost was married to Carrie Tannsstilly.
If there anyone that knows the family or information, please contact me. I would be willing to share what I have. Thank you.

Warm Wishes,
Brenda Bonebrake

Surnames: Frost, Gagnon
I have an Earl L. Frost, who was married to my grandfather's sister Philomena Gagnon. I have not worked on his line that much, so I don't know who his father was, but looking at census records from Allamakee county to Cerro Gordo county in Iowa for the Gagnon side, I came across other Frost surnames. Also, I understood from family, that Earl and Philomena moved to Oregon

Paul,
Yes, I'm interested in hearing from you. My husband's mother's cousin's wife had done a lot of work on the family. I had given her copies of what I have (pictures and etc) to add with what she had. My husband's uncle gave me pictures and information on the family that moved to Oregon.
I would be willing to share what I have with you. I can pass your address on to the familymember who put a lot of work on the family together. She is in contact with the family in the mid-west.

Brenda

Please contact me as my grandfather was married to Philomena Gagnon and had two children Loretta & Frances. They were divorced and both remarried others. Just trying to track down what ever happened to Loretta and Frances through the years.

I have a correction to your Tannsstilly name. Benjamin T. Frost married Amy Caroline Tanksley. She was sometimes listed as Carrie.

Amy [or Carrie] was a sister to my husbands G-Grandmother.

1913 Neodesha City Directory
Frost, B. T., wife Carrie, farmer, Deer's Addition

1900 Census Wilson County Kansas
Benjamin T. Frost 51 June 1848 Iowa Self b ILL father b MASS mother b ILL marr 14 yrs 1886 Y Y Y
Amy C. Frost Wife 45 April 1855 ILL marr 14 yrs Y Y Y

1920 Census Wilson County Kansas
Benjamin T. Frost 71 1849
Amy C. Frost 64 1856

Shelly Cemetery [prev Bethel], Wilson County Kansas
Amy C. Frost Apr 17, 1855 Died Jan 11, 1934
[buried 2 rows east of her parents graves -Wm and Margaret Tanksley]
Benjamin T. Frost - her 2nd husband
Benjamin Frost and Elizabeth Frost - his parents - same plot

Benjamin T, Frost's father was Benjamin Sr [1814 MASS - 1888] who was married to Elizabeth Philbrick [1830 ILL - 1898]. I believe your Filbric would likely be Philbrick.

I have recent pictures of their graves [Benjamin, Amy C and his parents] and more info if you are interested. I am currently researching the Frost family.

Hi Lynda,

Thank you for writing. My mother-in-law was June Frost-Bonebrake. I have pictures of the Frost family that I'm working on. Yes, I would love to share any information and pictures with you.

Hope you don't mind I passed your name and information onto my husband's cousin's wife, Peggy Frost. She is the wife of my husband's cousin, Bill Frost. She have been working hard on the family. I can see the spelling being different. I had gave Peggy what information I found. She have been in contact with the family back east. She had gotten a lot of information and pictures from them. You can find more information from her.

I do have pictures of the Frost family that she doesn't have at this time. I have sent her copies but have found more that I need to share with her. I would be willing to share with you too. Hope to hear from you soon.
