Mr. John Hendershott, one of the first residents of Clermont, died at his home, Clermont, May 17, 1906. Deceased leaves an aged wife, also a son William Hendershott, and daughter, Mrs. Frank Pringle, of this city. Funeral services in charge of the Masonic order. Short Scripture reading and prayer by Rev. R. V. Porter pastor of the M. E. church were held at the residence. Interment at Clermont Protestant Cemetery.
