There was a Tobias Barnes, lived in Paint Twp. ( Windber area)
and moved to the South Fork area where he is buried in an old cemetery. His son was Hiram Barnes, buried in the Barnes-Seese cem. near Windber in the Rummel, Paint Twp. region. If this is your family I have more info.
