My uncle Edward Duane Duhaime married Agnes Shultz on May 16, 1959 in Dubuque, Iowa. I phoned the County and they told me the photo copy MUST be picked up in person and I live over 15 hours away...PLEASE can someone obtain this marriage certificate for me and I will pay you mileage and the cost of the copy!
