Merlin Ziel is my cousin's father. He was married to Marjorie Evelyn Hughes prior to 1945. She was from Indiana. I don't know where they were married or anything else about him and would like to find out as much as I can. He was supposedly born in Dubuque 9/21/1919. His social security card was from IA.
