Acquitted.

Clinton, Ia., Feb. 8.--The jury in the case of Dr. Emma PINTY, charged with murder, returned a verdict of not guilty after being out 20 hours. A patient of the defendant's died under suspicious circumstances and at the inquest the doctor was charged with murder.
