The bio of Marquis Forster in Clarke County Historical and Biographical Record (page 124) mentions Fredrick H Forster's family. Believe Fred remarried (see Sterling, Hodgeman Co., Kansas for 1880 (page 11A) and then 1900 in Jackson Twp., Clarke Co., IA (e.d. 32, page 7A). Fred is 73 by 1900 and second wife is 60, with a 19-year-old son, Fredric S. Any info on this family? Death dates for Fredric or Mary? Obit possible?
Believe Mary perhaps m1 David Foster (see: Census 1870 for Union Twp., Montgomery Co., IN (page 95) taken 13 August 1870, Crawfordsville P. O.; dwelling 685)
