Would anyone be able to check on the existence of a birth certificate or record of birth for (Esther) Estella Dean b. Feb. 12, 1865 in Blackhawk Co. to ( William?) Dean and Hannah Hargh (Haigh)? Estella is my GGM . Also, if anyone else is working on this line, I would love to communicate with them.
