Gideon and Mary Ann and their children moved to Adams Co. IA and appear in the 1880 census in Prescott Twp. Previous to that they appear in the Armstrong Co., PA, 1850 Census and next door to them is Gideon's parents William FOY b. abt. 1785 PA and Mary b. 1789 PA birth date & place per census. The following are believed to be the siblings of Gideon Foy, but at this time I have no documented proof: Jane Foy b. abt 1812, Jacob FOY b. abt. 1815.
