I was born Aug. 3 or 4th, 1968. (date may have been changed) at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, IN. Slip of paper with birth name on it is Baby Girl Metz or Matz or Motz (writing is quite small and blurred). I know that my adoptive mother worked at Nyloncraft in Mishawaka Indiana with my birth mother's sister, aunt or friend. I was told my birthmother hid out from my birthfather so he would not have any idea whether I was male or female or what state I was born in. It was a private adoption. I was also told that my birthmother did not want to know if I was male or female or what I looked like. I was given to my adoptive parents directly from the hospital the day my birthmother left the hospital. My adoptive parents were Charles and Betty Roberts of Mishawaka IN.
