1819 OH, d. 1913 CA, 9 children; Mack 1840-1924 (m. Elizabeth (Evaline) KELSAY, 4 ch.), Annette MATHEWS b. 1849 MO, d. 1936 CA (m. 1st Matthew M (Dallas) SNOW 1869 CA, 3 ch., m. 2nd George H SNOW 1926), Alice MATHEWS 1852-1931,
William MATHEWS, Lulu MATHEWS, Frank MATHEWS, Rough MATHEWS 1846-1880, Wright MATHEWS, Truckee MATHEWS b. 1856.
In 1856 they crossed the plains from MO to CA along with the
COPSEY - DILLARD - LEE - SNOW - VANN families.
I have information on the descendants that I would be glad to share. Other surnames in this line of descendants; PETIT, ROBERTSON

From my information, obtained from Phyllis O'Leary (you must be related!), I have that Mack MATHEWS 1840-1924 m. Elizabeth KELSAY and they had four children; Millie MATHEWS HOUSEWORTH, Lucy MATHEWS, ? HOUSEWORTH, ? KIDD. That's all I have on the KIDD surname.
I am trying to help Phyllis research her line in our SNOW family. Do you have information that you would like to exchange? Perhaps I have some that you would be interested in. I keep getting a little here and a little there from Lake County.
