Born 1774, according to photo of grave stone.

Married Martha Long in 1801 in Stokes County N.C. According to NC Marriage Records. I have the bond # and Image # and would like to get a copy of the record.

1820 Census in Capt. Davis District, Surry, NC with 12 in household

1830 Census in Surry NC with 13 in household

1837 Land Patent, shows Starling Carmichael as the original purchaser of 40 acres in Monroe County IN

1840 Census in Monroe County IN with 6 in household.

1850 Death according to 1850 census mortality schedule

There are also some estate papers filed naming Hardin and his wife Nancy but the exerpt i have shows no relation.
