I see that my original post did not show up. My firend has Dove's bible with a marriage certificate and dates. She knew Joe Thacker as Frank. Was his name perhaps Joseph Frank Thacker? He died while married to Dove. After that she married another widow my friends grandfather Joseph Drake who had two children my friends mother Bessie and her uncle lee.
