Floyd Milton Kelly born to Melvin Milton Kelly and Elizabeth Leona LONG on 14 May 1907 in Brookston. Later he was in law enforcement, Deputy Sheriff at Notre Dame. Known as quite a wrestler. May 14 1930 he married Irme Belle KIZER of Mishawaka and had Milton Neiland on 12 Sep 1933 then Ted Neil 26 Apr 1944. "Neil" married first to Helen TAIRA of Honululu, HI. He adopted her first two daughters, and to their marriage they added Steven Floyd on 16 Aug 1955 [Living] and has two daughters [Living] Nancy Jean in 1956 [Living, Grandparent].

After divorcing Neil remarried to my Mother, Beverly June Blote on 14 April 1969, Sunnyvale home, Santa Clara Co., CA; officiated by Alex Briber and attended by a few Baha'i friends and family. Her daughter Beth was her bridesmaid at the age of 9.
