PIONEER FARMER HAS PASSED AWAY
Stephen D. Cartwright Dies at His Home in Wells County -- Other Deaths.

Stephen D. Cartwright, a pioneer farmer of Wells County, residing in Union township, a short distance from the Allen county line, died Tuesday at the age of 68 years.

Mr. Cartwright located in Wells County when a mere boy fifty-five years ago, and had been for many years a prominent and well-to-do citizen. He is survived by his widow. Funeral services are to be held Wednesday from Union chapel in Wells County
